Mr. Chitmalwar began his career as a field executive and went on to serve as Cluster Head at L&T Finance before founding Meerasa in 2017. His leadership is rooted in hands-on recovery operations — from field execution to portfolio strategy — and a practitioner’s understanding of how overdue accounts are best resolved.
Mrs. Chitmalwar has been involved in the company’s financial affairs, salaries, staff relations and other departments since its inception. She anchors the organisation’s people and finance functions, supporting the operational backbone behind its recovery services.
