Mr. Chitmalwar is the Founder, President and Chief Director of Meerasa Skilled Team Pvt. Ltd. He began his career as a field executive and went on to serve as Cluster Head at L&T Finance — experience that gave him a practitioner’s understanding of recovery operations, from field execution to portfolio strategy.
In 2017, he founded Meerasa to bring that operational discipline to institutional debt recovery and asset resolution. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a structured, multi-vertical recovery organisation serving financial institutions with field operations, tele-collection, legal coordination and resolution support.
Mrs. Chitmalwar is a Director of Meerasa Skilled Team Pvt. Ltd. and has been involved with the company since its inception. She oversees the organisation’s financial affairs, people operations and administrative functions.
Her stewardship of finance, staff relations and internal departments anchors the organisational backbone behind Meerasa’s recovery services — ensuring the operational stability that institutional clients depend on.
