Revered Mr. Pawan Laxmikant Chitmalwar , Founder President and Chief Director of Meerasa Skilled Team Private Limited, is a Graduate with 13 years of Corporate experience. He started his career by accepting a job as a field Executive in a private finance company. Due to his love, humility and Devotion for his work, he was appointed as the Cluster Head in L&T Finance Ltd. Later in 2017, he founded Meerasa Skilled Team Pvt. Ltd. and became the founding chairman of the company. Handling Companies Costing & Budgeting.

Meenakshi Pawan Chitmalwar is a graduate, Since inception of Meerasa she has been in charge of the company's Financial Affairs, Salaries, Staff Relations and Other Departments. Her Positive Attitude towards work makes her a unique personality.
